Billing cycle

SOLVER ($12/month, 15 credits) and OPERATOR ($29/month, 60 credits) renew monthly through Stripe. Your credit allowance refreshes on each successful renewal payment — see Credits for exactly how the rollover math works (unused credits carry into the next month, capped at one month's worth).

Credits are granted from the invoice that Stripe actually confirms paid, resolved from the specific price on that invoice — so a plan change takes effect on the credits you actually paid for, not a stale record of what you signed up for originally.

Changing plans

You can switch between Solver and Operator from your account. This updates your existing subscription in place — it does not create a second, parallel subscription or double-bill you on the next cycle.

Managing billing

Payment method, invoices, and cancellation are all handled through the Stripe customer portal, linked from your account — solvemax doesn't ask you to re-enter card details anywhere else.

Canceling

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not delete your account or your slip history. Any credits you have at the time of cancellation remain usable until they're spent (subscriptions don't retroactively claw back credits already granted, only future ones).

First-purchase refunds

If you're unhappy with your first purchase, contact support — refund eligibility is handled case by case through Stripe.
