Why use solvemax instead of asking a chatbot?

A chatbot gives you a fluent opinion shaped by exactly how you asked, that can change tomorrow, with no record. solvemax locks the scoring rules before grading, evaluates options you didn't list, attacks its own answer, recomputes the locked matrix identically from the same inputs, gets audited by a blind second pass, and hands you a shareable, permanent verdict slip. How much does it cost?

The first verdict is free, no account needed. After that: $4 for a single verdict, $12/month for 15 verdicts (SOLVER), or $29/month for 60 verdicts (OPERATOR). Failed runs are refunded automatically. See Plans & tiers.

Is my decision private?

Private by default, forever. A slip only becomes visible to anyone else if you explicitly flip it public or email it yourself. See Sharing & revisiting.

What if the engine isn't sure?

The slip says so. A fragile lead is labeled CLOSE CALL rather than dressed up as confident, the confidence number is capped accordingly, and the runner-up's real case is printed on the front of the slip, not buried in a fold. See Confidence & verification.

What happens to unused verdicts?

On a subscription, unused credits roll over one month. A run that fails is refunded automatically, whether it's a one-time purchase or a subscription credit. See Credits.

Can I use solvemax from code or an AI agent?

Yes — the public API (/api/v1/verdict) and the MCP server both run the exact same engine as the web UI. See API reference and MCP server.

Is solvemax the same as solveright.ai?

No. solvemax is the automatic, no-configuration entry tier; ENTERPRISE is the configurable, team-scale platform. See Enterprise.

What does solvemax never do with my decision?

Does the free verdict really need no account?

Correct — one free anonymous run, no signup, no card. See Run your first verdict.

What counts as a "mode" and do I need to pick one?

No — solvemax auto-detects DECIDE, COMPARE, or GRILL from how you phrase the decision. You can set it explicitly through the API. See Decision runs.
